Remove the protective plastic coating if any from the substrate.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cspan\u003e2. Align the substrate onto the transfer.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cspan\u003e3. Tape two sides of the substrate to the transfer using the heat tape.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cspan\u003e4. Place the transfer and substrate in the press onto the paper towel\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cspan\u003e(transfer on top of substrate).\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cspan\u003e5. Place the teflon sheet or scratch paper over the transfer and substrate.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cspan\u003e6. Press the items using the settings listed above.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cspan\u003e7. Remove items from the press immediately. Use heat resistant gloves if\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cspan\u003enecessary - the items will be very hot.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cspan\u003e8. Remove the transfer by tearing the transfer in half opposite the taped\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cspan\u003eends.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cspan\u003eTips:\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cspan\u003e- If the image of the final product appears light increase the pressure or\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cspan\u003ethe dwell time slightly (5-15 seconds).\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cspan\u003e- If the image on the final product appears blurred or substrate appears\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cspan\u003eyellowed reduce the dwell time slightly (5-15 seconds).\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cspan\u003e- When sublimating a double-sided substrate sublimate one side allow to\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cspan\u003ecool and then sublimate the other side.
